About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who can independently manage accounting operations,

practical knowledge of Accounts, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, and finalization of books.

Key Responsibilities

*Accounting & Finance*

Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally.

Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

Bank, cash, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

Monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure.

Preparation of MIS reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

Fixed Asset Register maintenance.

Coordination with management for financial analysis and reporting.

Taxation & Compliance

GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return, Reconciliation).

TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.

Income Tax compliance and coordination with consultants.

PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Law compliances (if applicable).

Ensure compliance calendar and due date tracking.





Maintain statutory records and documentation.

ROC & Corporate Compliance

Coordination for ROC filings and MCA compliances.

Preparation of documents for AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, etc.

Maintaining statutory registers and company records.

Liaison with CA, CS, auditors, and government authorities.

Audit & Internal Controls

Assist in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Audit.

Preparation of schedules and audit working papers.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with SOPs.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter.

2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts & Compliance.

Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Practical exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and Audit.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
