Key Responsibilities
- Onboard wedding vendors such as photographers, planners, makeup artists, venues, etc.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Conduct vendor meetings, presentations, and close deals effectively
- Build and expand the vendor network in the Jaipur market
- Organize and manage B2B networking events
- Implement lead generation and conversion strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and support
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, team handling, events, or marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the wedding or event industry is preferred
- Target-oriented mindset with leadership abilities
- Good understanding of the Jaipur market
