Key Responsibilities:Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting plants, pots, fertilizers, and gardening products.
- Provide basic guidance on plant care, watering, sunlight requirements, and maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.

Plant Care & Maintenance
- Water plants as per schedule.
- Remove dried leaves, weeds, and damaged plants.
- Monitor plant health and report pest or disease issues.
- Assist in repotting, pruning, and plant arrangement.

Store Operations
- Arrange and display plants attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness of the nursery, store, and display areas.
- Label plants and products correctly.
- Assist in loading and unloading plant deliveries.

Inventory Management
- Track stock of plants, pots, fertilizers, garden accessories, and decorative items.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory updates.
- Inform management about low-stock items.

Sales & Billing
- Assist with billing and cash handling.
- Process customer orders and deliveries.
- Support online and WhatsApp order management when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
