- Job Summary
- Key Responsibilities
- Project Management- Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations and support engagements.- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans and track milestones.- Ensure project delivery aligns with business requirements and organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management- Coordinate with business users, leadership teams, vendors, and technical teams.- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.- Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- SAP Delivery & Coordination- Work closely with SAP functional and technical consultants.- Oversee implementation across SAP modules such as:




- SAP FICO- SAP MM- SAP SD- SAP Production Planning for process industries (PP-PI)- SAP Quality Management- SAP Warehouse management (WM/EWM)- SAP Supply Chain Management (PPDS/APO/IBP)- SAP Basis & Security- Ensure integration across modules and business processes.
- Risk & Resource Management- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Manage project resources, allocations, and utilization.- Handle escalation management and issue resolution.
- Governance & Compliance- Ensure adherence to project governance standards and documentation.- Maintain project reports, trackers, and compliance records.- Support audit and quality assurance activities.
- Change Management- Drive user adoption and training initiatives.- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment activities.- Manage change requests and scope adjustments.
- Required Skills:
- Technical Skills- Robust understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments- Knowledge of SAP implementation methodolog
