Job Title: MRD Executive (Medical Records Department)
Location: Progenesis IVF Headquarters, Vashi Center
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
The MRD Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate, secure, and up-to-date medical records of patients. The role involves coordination with clinical and administrative teams to ensure proper documentation, data management, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage patient medical records in both physical and digital formats
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updating of patient information
- Retrieve and provide medical records as required by doctors and internal departments
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records at all times
- Audit and verify records for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front office staff for documentation requirements
- Handle record storage, indexing, and archival processes
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards




- Assist in preparing reports related to patient data and departmental activities

Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (Healthcare background preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in Medical Records / Hospital Administration (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and hospital processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management systems
- Valuable organizational and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
