We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller / Client Engagement Executive who can connect with business owners, understand their requirements, and pitch our digital services. The role involves calling leads, checking their online presence (Google Business & Website), identifying opportunities, and requesting demos for our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Call potential clients using provided WhatsApp / business leads:
- Communicate professionally with business owners in Hindi & English:
- Understand the client’s business requirements and challenges
- Check client’s Google Business Profile:
- Identify whether a website exists or not
- Atleast Internship or 1 year experience in the Telecaller / Sales Calling Executive:
- If the client does not have a website, explain the importance and pitch website & digital services:
- Educate clients about our services and request/demo appointment:
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain lead status
- Share qualified leads and demo confirmations with the internal team
- Maintain daily call and lead activity reports





Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
- Confident, persuasive, and polite calling style
- Ability to understand client needs and business pain points
- Basic understanding of:
- Websites
- Google Business Profiles
- Online presence for businesses
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup:
- Disciplined and consistent with working hours
- Freshers with solid communication skills can apply
- Experience in telecalling / inside sales / client coordination is a plus

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 8-9 hours per day
- Fixed availability required during working hours
- Atleast 1 year experience in the Telecaller / Sales Calling Executive

Compensation
- Freelance / Contract-based payment
- Fixed pay + performance-based incentives (demo / conversion based)
- Payment details will be discussed during the interview
