The Associate will support the management of real estate developer portfolios by coordinating compliance requirements and assisting in execution of RERA-related services. The role requires a foundational understanding of real estate projects and solid coordination skills.

Understand client projects including type, approvals, and timelines

Support execution of RERA compliances (registration, extension, updates, etc.)

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and submissions

Track compliance timelines and follow up for timely completion

Assist in client communication and query resolution

Prepare basic reports, trackers, and compliance summaries
