JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing Manager:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive sales and ROI.
- Implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies on e-commerce websites.
- Optimise and manage Google My Business (GMB) listings.
- Improve website UI/UX, page speed, and mobile optimization.
- Manage social media platforms with content planning and campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink strategies, and SEO audits.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Ads, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing teams.

Digital Marketing Executive:
- Assist in managing social media platforms and content posting
- Support SEO activities including keyword research and basic optimization
- Help manage product listings and website updates
- Monitor ad campaigns and prepare basic performance reports
- Coordinate with the creative team for marketing creatives and campaigns
- Handle day-to-day digital marketing operations and online promotional activities




- Support marketplace and e-commerce marketing activities

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Digital Marketing Manager:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce marketing & sales.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business, and E-commerce segments.
- Understanding of CRO and A/B testing.

Digital Marketing Executive:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce operations preferred
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and paid ads
- Familiarity with Google tools, Meta Business Suite, and content management
- Good communication and coordination skills

Desirable Skills_(Added Advantage)_
- Knowledge of tech products, computer peripherals, and hardware will be an added benefit.
- Prior exposure e-commerce marketing & sales is a plus.
- Awareness or basic understanding of influencer marketing strategies is preferred.
