Requirements:
- 4-6 years of qualified experience in large-scale residential projects and private villas
- Experience in luxury residential and commercial interiors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in preparing BOQs, budgets, estimations, and project timeline schedules
- Strong coordination skills with consultants, vendors, contractors, and multiple agencies
- Experience in creating presentations and mood boards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work efficiently within a team environment




- Willingness to travel for site visits within and outside Mumbai

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
