Job Title: Estimator & Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Kennith Infraventures is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator & Procurement Manager for residential construction and interior projects. The role involves project estimation, BOQ preparation, material planning, procurement management, and coordinating material purchases from shops and suppliers to ensure timely project execution within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential construction and interior projects
- Analyze architectural drawings, interior layouts, and specifications
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis
- Manage procurement of construction and interior materials from shops and suppliers
- Compare material pricing and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Track material requirements and coordinate timely purchases for ongoing projects
- Maintain records of purchases, bills, stock, and material usage
- Coordinate with site engineers, designers,



and project managers regarding material requirements
- Monitor project budgets and material costs
- Ensure quality and timely availability of materials at site

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in estimation and procurement for interiors/residential construction
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and residential project execution
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and estimation software
- Good market knowledge of local material suppliers and shops
- Solid organizational and cost-management skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience in turnkey residential and interior projects
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements simultaneously
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Pay: ₹18,423.62 - ₹32,131.00 per month
