Job Description : Telecaller

Job Location : Ranchi, Jharkhand

Salary: Upto 1.6 LPA

Experience : Freshers - 6 Month (Experience Preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote MSV Infosolutions' services in IT, networking, and sales recruitment.

Handle inbound queries, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads to convert them into clients.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools or Excel.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales pipelines.

Upsell services, resolve customer objections, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.

Proficiency in MS Office, basic CRM software, and telephony systems.





Presentable appearance and a confident, professional demeanor (Camera Friendly).

Strong persuasion skills, resilience to rejection, and ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.

Education minimum Graduate (Any stream).
