Role Overview

We are hiring an Ecommerce Executive to manage and scale our business on Amazon USA.

This role requires someone who understands Amazon US competition, PPC scaling, and listing optimization to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Amazon USA Account Management
- Manage Seller Central (US marketplace)
- Create & optimize listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ content)
- Ensure compliance with US marketplace policies

2. Amazon PPC (Performance Marketing)
- Run and scale Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD):
- Maintain and improve ACOS / TACOS:
- Advanced keyword research & bid optimization
- Launch and scale profitable campaigns

3. Listing & Conversion Optimization
- Improve conversion rate (CVR) through:
- Better creatives (images, A+ content)
- Pricing strategy
- Reviews & ratings management

4. Revenue & Ranking Growth
- Improve organic ranking (SEO):




- Increase daily sales & revenue:
- Launch recent products successfully

5. Inventory & Operations
- Manage FBA inventory planning (avoid stock-outs)
- Coordinate with logistics for US shipments
- Handle returns, account health, and performance metrics

6. Data & Analytics
- Track and optimize:
- Revenue
- ACOS / TACOS
- Conversion Rate
- Ad Spend vs Sales
- Use data to take daily decisions

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Amazon USA marketplace:
- Strong experience in Amazon PPC (US campaigns):
- Understanding of Amazon SEO & ranking algorithm:
- Experience handling competitive niches

Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout
- Experience in private label brands
- Knowledge of US customer behavior & pricing psychology
