Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily purchasing of raw materials related to pizza and kitchen operations
- Coordinate with suppliers for rates, quality, availability, and timely delivery
- Negotiate terms with suppliers and maintain healthy working relationships
- Maintain purchase records, bills, and reports using Excel
- Track stock requirements and support inventory control
- Visit markets and suppliers as required
- Ensure cost control and quality standards are followed
- Communicate effectively with store teams and vendors

Requirements:
- Experience in purchase department of pizza or QSR restaurants preferred
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Own bike with valid driving license
- Basic understanding of supplier terms, billing, and payment cycles
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English - mid-level speaking is acceptable)
- Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Location: As per restaurant requirement

Salary: Mid-range (as per experience and skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
