Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and conduct interviews. Ensure compliance with all hiring procedures and regulations.
- Training and Development: Implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate relevant workshops and seminars.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.



Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation and industry best practices.
