About the Role

Manage the daily functioning, growth, quality control, and engagement activities of the BioWriters Business Collective platform.

This role combines:
- Operations management
- Freelancer coordination
- Client servicing
- Community building
- Project tracking
- Platform growth support

Key Responsibilities

1. Freelancer & Member Management
- Onboard freelance medical writers and healthcare professionals
- Verify profiles, CVs, portfolios, and expertise areas
- Maintain freelancer database and segmentation
- Handle membership queries and support tickets
- Monitor freelancer performance and responsiveness

2. Project Coordination
- Post current writing projects on the platform
- Match projects with suitable writers
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Ensure project submission quality and deadlines
- Track project status using project management tools

3. Community Engagement
- Maintain active engagement in community groups
- Conduct webinars, Q&A; sessions, and networking activities
- Share platform updates, opportunities,



and learning resources
- Increase retention and participation of members

4. Quality & Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure plagiarism-free and scientifically accurate submissions
- Coordinate QC with senior medical writers/reviewers
- Maintain SOP adherence and documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical compliance

5. Client & Business Coordination
- Coordinate with pharma, healthcare, and medical communication clients
- Share quotations, timelines, and project updates
- Assist sales and business development teams
- Support lead nurturing and relationship management

6. Platform Operations
- Manage dashboards, CRM, and workflow systems
- Generate weekly operational reports
- Maintain project trackers and payment records
- Support automation and operational improvements
