Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex financial processes into intuitive user journeys.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems across all fintech modules (payments, lending, wallets, etc.).
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement pixel-perfect designs with proper interaction states and responsiveness.
- Stay updated on Fintech UI trends, regulatory UX patterns (like KYC, onboarding, dashboards, etc.), and security-focused design best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs for Android and iOS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented in development.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and communicate design rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
