About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Store Incharge (electrical) to join our team at Ardeo Enterprise LLP. The role involves overseeing the Store room and managing the incoming and outgoing material with proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1.Inventory & Quality Control

Verification: Cross-referencing incoming materials (cables, switchgear) against POs and technical specs.

Technical Inspection: Checking for physical integrity and ensuring ratings (voltage, IP) meet project standards.

Strategic Storage: Organizing stock by sensitivity, such as protecting electronics from moisture and ensuring proper cable drumming.

2.Digital & Physical Documentation

System Updates: Maintaining real-time data for all material movements.

Reporting: Facilitating Material Receipt Notes (MRN) and Material Issue Vouchers (MIV).

Planning: Coordinating with engineers via Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to ensure material readiness.

3.Material Coordination

Controlled Issuance: Tracking the distribution of major equipment and consumables to teams.





Audit & Reconciliation: Regularly matching physical stock against digital records.

Forecasting: Identifying shortages and managing ‘Reorder Levels’ to prevent project delays.

4.Technical Literacy

Classification: Distinguishing between specialized items like various voltage-rated cables (1.1kV-33kV) and earthing materials.

Asset Management: Overseeing high-value equipment (Distribution Boards) and calibrated tools (Megger testers, crimping machines).

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP.
- Knowledge of Electrical equipments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Location:Sevoke, West Bengal

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
