About Us:
TAC (Toddlers & Kids Activity Center) focuses on building strong physical foundations in children aged 2.5 to 14 years through structured sports and movement programs. Our sessions emphasize fun, skill development, and confidence building.

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inquiries into enrolments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads.
- Maintain a robust understanding of all programs (age groups, schedules, pricing)
- Coordinate trial sessions and follow - ups with interested parents.
- Build trust and relationships with parents for long-term retention.
- Maintain and update lead database and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with coaches to understand class flow and feedback
- Support marketing activities, events, and sports camps.

Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (education, fitness, or kids-related industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English + Kannada/Tamil/Hindi preferred)
- Confident, energetic, and approachable personality




- Ability to handle parents and kids with patience and clarity
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Passion for fitness, sports, or child development is a big plus
