Key ResponsibilitiesExport Operations Management
- Plan and manage end-to-end export logistics activities.
- Coordinate shipment schedules with production, warehouse, and sales teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation issues proactively.

Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify export documentation including:
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- Phytosanitary Certificates (if applicable)
- Insurance Documents
- Export Declarations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies.

Freight & Transportation Management
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and freight forwarders.
- Optimize freight costs while maintaining service quality.
- Track vessel schedules and coordinate container bookings.
- Manage shipment delays, claims, and exceptions.





Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as the primary contact for logistics-related communication with international customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, shipping agents, and freight partners.
- Provide shipment updates and maintain customer satisfaction.

Cost Control & Reporting
- Monitor logistics expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare export logistics reports and performance metrics.
- Analyze freight costs, transit times, and operational efficiency.

Team Management
- Lead and supervise export logistics personnel.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train team members on export documentation, compliance, and logistics processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Export-Import Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
