The Store Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate store records and updating all material transactions in the ERP system. The role supports smooth warehouse operations by ensuring correct documentation, inventory tracking, and material traceability. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management - Monitor daily stock movement. - Maintain real-time inventory status. - Support monthly and yearly physical stock verification. - Identify stock differences and report deviations. - Follow FIFO / FEFO inventory practices. Data Entry & Documentation - Enter all inward and outward material transactions in ERP system. - Maintain accurate stock and inventory records. - Prepare and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Issue Notes. - Maintain batch-wise and lot-wise traceability records. - Generate and issue barcodes during material movement. - Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans before system entry. Store Coordination - Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Dispatch departments. - Ensure proper documentation during material receiving and issuing.



- Track pending entries and complete updates on time. Reporting & Record Control - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. - Maintain organized filing and record retention. - Generate inventory reports from ERP system. - Provide documents required for audits. Compliance & Audit Support - Maintain records as per ISO / HACCP / FSSC / GMP requirements. - Ensure full material traceability. - Support internal and external audits. - Maintain clean and organized store documentation. System Management - Operate ERP / Inventory software efficiently. - Maintain master data accuracy in the system. Required Skills - Valuable computer knowledge (MS Excel & ERP systems). - Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of store and inventory control. - Good coordination and communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks. Qualification - Any Degree (Graduate preferred). Experience
