Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business operations and growth strategies.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
- Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.




- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes to enhance skilled knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
