- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for consumable items such as cutting tools, oils, PPE, welding consumables, etc.
- Ensure timely procurement of consumables as per production and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure quality compliance of procured consumables through coordination with QA.
- Track supplier performance related to quality, cost, and delivery, and drive improvements.
- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to budget and cost control initiatives.




- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure 100% availability of critical consumables without production stoppage.
- Achieve cost savings through effective negotiation and vendor development.
- Maintain inventory within defined norms and avoid excess or obsolete stock.
- Improve supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
- Ensure zero quality issues arising from consumable procurement.
- Maintain compliance with procurement processes and audit requirements.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
