Role Description

We are looking for a fast, organised and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support inventory management, dispatch coordination, logistics tracking, and day-to-day operational activities.

This is a high-ownership role where follow-ups, coordination, and accuracy are critical.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records and stock movement trackers
- Update Inventory Management System (IMS) and stock sheets regularly




- Coordinate dispatches with courier partners and customers
- Track shipments and maintain docket tracking records
- Follow up on deliveries and update dispatch status
- Maintain order-to-dispatch tracking sheets
- Coordinate with factory regarding stock availability and replenishment requirements
- Support management with inventory, logistics, and operational updates
- Coordinate sample dispatches and urgent delivery requirements
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports

Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, inventory management, or back-office coordination
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse coordination is preferred
