- Taking full technical ownership and accountability for assigned machines and production lines to maintain operational excellence.
- Establishing, overseeing, and enhancing Planned Maintenance procedures aligned with industry best practices to minimize downtime.
- Driving the successful implementation of Autonomous Maintenance by empowering operators and maintenance personnel to perform routine upkeep and inspections.
- Leading systematic investigations into repetitive failures and deploying effective countermeasures to avert recurrence.
- Administering SAP-based preventive and corrective maintenance workflows to optimize maintenance resource allocation and tracking.
- Ensuring all maintenance and technical activities adhere rigorously to company standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
- Delivering expert technical guidance to support high-efficiency filling and packaging operations.
- Collaborating with production and maintenance departments to synchronize efforts for equipment reliability and throughput enhancement.
- Participating proactively in continuous improvement and lean initiatives to foster operational excellence and cost reduction.
- Analyzing machinery performance through KPIs and generating actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Your Profile:
- Academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience spanning at least two years in a similar engineering role within manufacturing or industrial operations, demonstrating technical competence and problem-solving proficiency.
- Well-versed in TPM methodologies and skilled in executing Planned and Autonomous Maintenance programs to drive equipment reliability.
- High-level SAP competence for managing maintenance documentation, scheduling, and asset management functions.
