Job Title: Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
- Oversee the planning and delivery of digital content calendars, promotions, and product launches.
- Manage and update the companys website and e-commerce platforms (if applicable).

Social Media Management
- Build and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, and reels in coordination with the creative team.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.

Performance & Analytics
- Track, report, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party dashboards.




- Generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, ROI, traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.

Branding & Content
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and videographers to create product-centric and lifestyle content.
- Ensure brand tone and aesthetics align across all digital platforms.
- Plan and execute influencer tie-ups and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

Travel & Coordination
- Travel to showrooms, events, and exhibitions to gather content, understand customer insights, and ensure marketing alignment.
- Coordinate with store managers and regional teams for campaign rollouts and event promotions.

Requirements:
- MBA preferred/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of digital marketing experience in the retail/fmcg/media industry.
