Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Explain pharmaceutical products and services to customers
- Maintain solid follow-ups and client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Update customer data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
- Freshers are welcome
- Target-driven and confident personality
- Immediate joiners preferred
