Key Responsibilities-
- Handle hotel reservations for domestic and international clients
- Coordinate with hotels for room availability, rates, and confirmations
- Maintain reservation records and booking databases
- Negotiate competitive hotel rates and packages
- Resolve booking issues, cancellations, amendments, and customer complaints
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth travel arrangements
- Ensure timely confirmation vouchers and invoices are shared with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners and suppliers
- Monitor occupancy trends and seasonal pricing updates
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Required Skills-
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of hotel booking platforms and reservation systems
- Ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and travel software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications-
- Graduate in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field
- Experience in hotel reservations, travel agency, or hospitality operations preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
