About the Role

TailorWorks is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven QC Garment Executive to ensure that every garment meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, fitting, and finishing. The role involves end-to-end quality checks, from fabric inspection to final garment approval, ensuring client satisfaction in both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fabric inspection before production to identify defects such as color variation, damage, or shrinkage issues
- Perform in-line and end-line quality checks during and after production
- Ensure garment construction aligns with client specifications and approved designs
- Check for stitching quality, finishing, measurements, fitting, and overall garment appearance:
- Identify and report major and minor defects (sewing defects, print mismatch, labeling issues, size gradation errors, etc.)
- Coordinate with design, production, and inventory teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain daily QC reports and ensure proper documentation of defects and corrections




- Ensure final garment approval before dispatch or delivery to clients
- Support trials and fittings, ensuring necessary alterations are executed accurately
- Work closely with the team to maintain consistent quality standards across all orders

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in garment quality control (preferred in bespoke or luxury segment)
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, stitching techniques, and finishing standards:
- Ability to identify defects and suggest practical corrective actions:
- Understanding of measurement standards and fitting requirements:
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of quality reporting and documentation:
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability for quality output
