Job Overview

Geetanjali Woodcraft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to handle dispatch coordination, logistics management, material tracking, and delivery execution for doors, frames, and related products.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials to project sites and clients.
- Prepare dispatch documentation including challans, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters, and site teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Track deliveries and update clients/internal teams regarding dispatch status.
- Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and logistics reports.
- Verify material quantity and quality before dispatch.
- Handle transporter coordination and vehicle arrangements.
- Ensure proper packaging and loading of materials.




- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate for smooth execution.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics coordination.
- Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation handling.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatch schedules.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience with ERP or inventory software will be an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, furniture, plywood, or door industry preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
