Job Summary:
The Sales Counselor is responsible for consulting with clients to understand their skin concerns, educating them on available treatments (such as lasers, peels, or injectables), and converting those consultations into booked procedures. They manage the client journey from the initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Sales:
Needs Assessment: Conduct one-on-one consultations to identify client goals and skin concerns.

Treatment Planning: Recommend customized skin care packages and clinical procedures based on the dermatologist’s advice.

Closing: Explain the value proposition and pricing of treatments to meet monthly sales targets.
- 2. Patient Education:
Procedure Knowledge: Explain the benefits, expected results, and downtime of various treatments (e.g., HydraFacial, MNRF, Laser Hair Reduction).

Product Knowledge:



Advise clients on home-care products and medical-grade skincare routines to enhance clinical results.
- 3. Relationship Management:
Lead Management: Promptly follow up with inquiries from social media, walk-ins, or website leads.

Retention: Maintain a database of existing clients and reach out for maintenance sessions or current seasonal offers.

Feedback: Handle client grievances professionally and ensure a premium experience.
- 4. Operations & Coordination:
Scheduling: Coordinate with the medical team and therapists to manage the clinic’s appointment flow.
