Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-focused Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale our revenue-share driven influencer ecosystem. This role will own end-to-end creator partnerships with a sharp focus on sales generation and monetization, not just reach.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-intent influencers aligned to our target audience
- Structure and negotiate revenue-share / CPA-based partnerships with creators




- Drive end-to-end influencer funnel: sourcing → onboarding → tracking → revenue optimization
- Build long-term, scalable sales-led influencer relationships
- Monitor and improve creator-level metrics (leads, activations, revenue)
- Work closely with product, sales, and performance teams to maximize conversions
- Track ROI and continuously optimize the influencer portfolio
- Build a strong pipeline of revenue-generating creators

Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Revenue driven via influencer channel
- Number of active revenue-generating influencers
- Conversion rate from influencer traffic
- 2-5 years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
- Proven experience in performance/revenue-share campaigns
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Highly data-driven with ownership mindset
- Experience in fintech, trading, or high-consideration products preferred
