About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets while promoting Joker & Witch’s brand ethos.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver high performance & achieve retail KPI’s.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data & timely reporting to implement strategies for growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a Store Manager/Assistant Manager role.
- Robust leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing team and drive sales
- Solid understanding of Retail KPI’s, inventory management & sales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office




- Proficient in Kannada is must
- Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate in Business Administration/Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
