Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Tally)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data in Tally and other systems
- Record daily transactions, invoices, and purchase/sales entries in Tally
- Maintain and update financial records accurately
- Verify and cross-check data for errors
- Generate reports such as sales, purchase, and stock reports
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
- Ensure confidentiality of financial data

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Tally (ERP)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in data entry or accounting
- Knowledge of GST billing and invoicing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
