We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Officer to support our legal team in drafting, reviewing, and managing documentation related to real estate transactions and operations. The role involves ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and assisting in the smooth execution of property-related agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents including:
- Sale deeds, lease agreements, and conveyance deeds
- Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements to sell
- Joint development agreements (JDAs) and partnership agreements
- Conduct due diligence of property documents, titles, and approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) for documentation requirements.
- Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and case files
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations
- Support in handling legal notices, disputes, and litigation matters (if any)
- Stay updated on relevant laws,



regulations, and industry practices

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in real estate or property law
- Solid understanding of property laws, land titles, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Attributes
- Experience working with a real estate developer or law firm handling property matters
- Familiarity with local land laws and registration processes
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
