Position: Central Collections & Resolution Executive

Location: Vesu, Surat
Experience: 4-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reminder and collection calls for due and overdue customer accounts
- Follow up on payment commitments (PTPs) and maintain accurate collection records
- Coordinate with branch teams, field recovery, legal, and resolution departments
- Ensure professional customer communication and proper escalation handling
- Support delinquency management and early-bucket collections activities

Required Skills:
- Experience in tele-collections or recovery operations in Bank/NBFC
- Exposure to Gold Loan, LAP, or secured lending products will be an advantage
- Robust communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and customer handling abilities
- Basic system handling and collection tracker updating knowledge

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
