Role: Social Media Content Creator (Intern)

The Mission: You won't be worrying about cameras or posting schedules. Your sole mission is to find what’s "viral" and "relevant" in the world of healthcare and events, and translate those trends into high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Trend Spotting: Daily research on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to identify viral audio, trending formats, and healthcare-related topics.
- Content Ideation: Conceptualize "Hooks" and "Concepts" for 3-5 Reels per week and 2-3 deep-dive Carousels.
- Scriptwriting: Write word-for-word scripts for Reels (including visual cues for the person filming) and catchy captions that drive comments.
- Content Pillars: Create content for different pillars: Educational (Healthcare tips), Behind-the-scenes (Expo prep), and Engagement (Polls/Q&A;).
- Benchmarking: Watch what global healthcare expos and medical influencers are doing and adapt those ideas for our local audience.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
