Production Incharge (Factory - FRP Manufacturing)
Main Role:
Control and manage production inside the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan daily/weekly production targets
Supervise manufacturing processes (moulding, curing, finishing)
Ensure proper raw material usage (resin, mat, roving, gel coat)
Maintain product quality and reduce rejection
Manage workers, shifts, and machine usage
Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchase department
Implement process improvements for efficiency
Maintain production records and reports
Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of FRP manufacturing processes
Production planning and control
Quality control knowledge
Team management and leadership
Basic knowledge of machines/tools
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
