Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of systems and network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers
- Manage software updates, backups, and antivirus systems
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and support
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Knowledge of MS Office and operating systems
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science
- 1-4 years experience in IT support
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
