Job Title:Shoot Coordinator

Experience Required:1-2 Years

Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate product shoots, model shoots, campaign shoots, and social media shoots for denim and non-denim collections.

Manage shoot schedules, timelines, and ensure smooth execution of shoots.

Coordinate with the creative director, content strategist, stylist, photographer/videographer, and video editor.

Ensure garments, accessories, props, and shoot requirements are ready before shoot day.

Handle model coordination, vendor coordination, studio/location bookings if required.

Maintain shoot calendars based on product launches and marketing campaigns.

Ensure timely delivery of raw photos/videos to the editing team.





Manage on-ground shoot operations and solve last-minute issues efficiently.

Requirements:
Experience in fashion/apparel/e-commerce shoot coordination.

Robust organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.

Good communication and vendor management skills.

Someone who can independently handle end-to-end shoot execution and ensure smooth coordination between all creative teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
