The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance with company policies. The role supports organizational growth by ensuring a productive and positive workplace workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct induction and orientation programs
- Manage documentation for new hires and exits
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes

3. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Organize employee engagement activities

4. Payroll & Attendance
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Assist in payroll processing and salary coordination
- Ensure accuracy in employee records

5. Performance Management
- Support appraisal and performance review processes




- Maintain performance records and reports

6. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Update HR policies as required
- Maintain employee files and documentation

7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs
- Track employee development initiatives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field (varies by company)
