Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high-volume restaurants in Mumbai with monthly sales of ₹30 Lakhs to 40 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Manage end-to-end restaurant operations while ensuring adherence to company SOPs, food safety standards, guest service benchmarks, and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach,



and develop Shift Managers and restaurant teams to build a high-performance culture. Ensure proper training, motivation, discipline, and team engagement at the store level.

Sales & Profitability

Drive store sales and profitability through effective labour management, inventory control, food cost management, and operational planning.

Guest Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained consistently. Handle guest concerns professionally and work towards improving overall guest satisfaction scores.

Compliance & Food Safety

Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, audit, and statutory requirements. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards across all operational areas.

Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor inventory, wastage, variance, and ordering processes to maintain optimum stock levels and minimize losses.
