The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding the company’s standards of excellence and integrity.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customers’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
- Demonstrate detailed product knowledge, including gemstones, precious metals, designs, and craftsmanship.
- Ensure accurate billing, packaging, and documentation of all sales transactions.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain the display counters and ensure all jewelry items are properly handled and presented.
- Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.




- Stay updated with current jewelry trends and product launches.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in jewelry retail or luxury sales (freshers with good communication skills may be considered).
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Attention to detail and good product presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS system, MS Office).
- Polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.
