Performance Marketer - Urban Media (On-site, Surat)
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to manage and scale D2C brands through Meta ads and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Scale D2C/e-commerce brands profitably
- Analyze ad performance and improve ROAS
- Coordinate with creative team for ad creatives
- Handle campaign testing, scaling & reporting
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Meta ads
- Understanding of D2C and e-commerce funnels
- Ability to manage high-spend ad accounts
- Data-driven mindset and scaling experience
