We are leading Recruiter Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement Jr. Store In Charge for our client company.

Job Description:
Position: Jr. Store In Charge

Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate store staff and their tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Track sales targets and help meet store goals
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns
- Prepare and review sales and inventory reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers as needed

Qualification: Graduate / HS

Experience: 1 year -5 years

Salary: 2 LPA - 4 LPA

Location: Howrah
