Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative designs for mattresses, sleep accessories, and home furnishing products
- Create print concepts, fabric patterns, embroidery layouts, weaving structures, and surface texture developments
- Research market trends, consumer preferences, materials, and color forecasts to drive current product ideas
- Ensure all product designs align with brand identity, quality standards, and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with R&D; teams for product innovation and material development
- Work closely with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth production execution
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, technical specifications, and artwork files
- Support sampling, prototype development, and product enhancements
- Maintain consistency in design language across product categories
- Stay updated on global home furnishing, lifestyle, and sleep industry trends

Nice to Have
- Experience with sustainable materials and eco-friendly design concepts
- Exposure to manufacturing processes in têxtiles/home furnishing industry
- Knowledge of sleep and comfort product trends

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
