As a Business Analysis Associate within Collections, Recovery and Auto Operations, you will forecast and prioritize initiatives, drive disciplined project management, and analyze customer and employee experiences post-implementation. You will collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that enhance the customer journey and support business-wide strategies.

- Management of team responsibilities, forecast and prioritization of Collections initiatives, implementing plans to achieve objectives.
- Lead procedure, change management and oversight responsibilities across the business
- Drive disciplined project management and holistic approaches for business results.
- Participate in Collections and global project teams to assess impacts.




- Analyze customer and employee experiences after strategic initiatives.
- Support business-wide initiatives across multiple Collections processes.
- Lead stakeholders to define requirements and timelines for projects.
- Liaise between cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- Communicate business objectives to internal clients and gain feedback.
- Facilitate training, walkthroughs, and meetings with internal clients.
- Participate in internal and external audits, exams, and risk control initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of five years collections experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Willingness to work in an analytical and decision-making workplace.
