Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor OTC robotic MIG welding machines
- Perform welding on sheet metal and fabrication components
- Set welding parameters and basic robot programming/teaching
- Ensure welding quality and production targets
- Handle fixture loading/unloading and job setting
- Check weld penetration, finish, and dimensional quality
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment
- Follow safety and quality standards on shop floor

Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in robotic MIG welding
- Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication drawings
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication industry preferred
- ITI/Diploma in Welding or Mechanical preferred
