About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create social media creatives, posts, stories, and marketing designs
- Edit reels, promotional videos, and short-form content
- Work closely with the content and marketing team on campaigns
- Understand brand aesthetics and maintain visual consistency
- Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, subtitles, and basic sound design when required
- Stay updated with social media, editing, design, and AI trends
- Assist with brainstorming and creative ideation
- Support in creating creatives and edits for founder/brand communication when required

Requirements:
- Positive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools
- Understanding of social media content and digital trends
- Basic knowledge of AI tools used for designing, editing,



content creation, or productivity
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects

Valuable to Have
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of reel pacing, hooks, and audience engagement
- Portfolio/showreel showcasing both design and editing work
