Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical/electrical faults.
- Install and commission current equipment as required.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for maintenance activities.
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
- Support production teams to minimize machine downtime.
Qualification
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Electrician, Fitter, Electronics, Mechanical, Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, or relevant trade.
- Additional technical certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in maintenance, operations, or a related technical field.
- Freshers with ITI qualification may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in industrial environments.
- Ability to lift tools and equipment as required.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and during emergencies.
Educational Qualification: ITI (Relevant Trade) - Mandatory
Preferred Age: 18-35 Years (as per company policy)
