About Pravinya

Pravinya is a 20-year-old Not-for-Profit organization working in the field of education and skill enhancement for students across different levels. Registered under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Act, 2001 (Regn No. 647/11) and Darpan ID TS/2021/0285393, Pravinya is fully funded independently and offers all its programs completely free of cost to both students and institutions.

We partner with Government Schools and Colleges to create meaningful learning experiences that support student growth, employability, and life skills development.

Position: Program Facilitator

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join us as Program Facilitators. This is a field-based role involving close engagement with Government Schools and Colleges, facilitating Pravinya programs through a blended learning approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with Headmasters, Principals, and faculty members




- Coordinate with educational institutions for smooth scheduling and execution of programs
- Deliver Pravinya programs effectively in schools and colleges
- Adapt facilitation methods based on student needs and learning context
- Collect feedback and support continuous improvement of programs
- Represent Pravinya professionally during all institutional interactions

Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication skills in Telugu and English
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and deliver different programs
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new topics
- Interest in education, student engagement, and social development
- Willingness to travel regularly for field work
- Basic facilitation, presentation, or training skills
